Dmitry Kryukov (Conductor)
Dmitry Krukov, born 1990 in Perm. Since 2010 studies symphonic conducting at Moscow State Conservatory and works as assistant conductor at the Russian State Academic Symphonic Capella (GASK) directed by Valery Polansky. .
After that Dmitry Krukov has performed regularly at the Great Hall of the Moscow Conservatory, Moscow International House of Music, Chaikovsky Concert Hall and other concert halls of Moscow and Russia. In 2011-2014 assisted Gennady Rozhdestvensky in preparation of the series of concerts "Foggy Albion". In October 2013 he became chief conductor of the Moscow Festival "Skriabin.Fest", which was held at a specially constructed stage in the historic center of Moscow, where he conducted pieces by Scriabin and Rachmaninov with the GASK orchestra and pianist Andrey Korobeynikov. photo
In 2014 was invited to Bolshoi Theatre as assistant to Gennady Rozhdestvensky for the production of Rimsky-Korsakov's "The Tsar's Bride".
The repertoire of the young conductor includes the major part of works from Bach to Gubaidullina. Among others: all symphonies and instrumental concertos of Mozart, Beethoven, Mendelson, Schubert, Schumann, Bruckner, Brahms, Mahler, Sibelius, Borodin, Glasunov, Tchaikovsky ,Rachmaninov, Skriabin, Prokofiev, Schostakovich. 14 Verdi operas, Mussorgsky, Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninov, Schostakovich, Prokofiev operas, cantatas and oratorios of different composers and many other pieces.
