Born 12th January 1958.In 1976 graduated from the Perm Academy of choreographyand then joined the company of Ekaterinburg AcademicTheatre of Opera and Ballet as a principal dancer. Prize-winner of Russian and International choreography con-tests of ballet-masters and ballet dancers. In 1988 was awarded the title “Honored artist of Russia”Since 1990 – the leading solo dancer of the state theatre“Russian ballet”.
From 1993 till 1998 studied at the Russian Academy of the-atrical arts at the department of producer-choreographer.In 2001 co-founded the company “Russian National Ballettheatre”, where he stages a number of classical and modern cho-reography productions. Such ballets as “Swan Lake”, “TheSleeping Beauty” and “The Nutcracker” have been a great suc-cess with the public both in Russia and in other countries dur-ing the companies tours.
