HAYDN – THE SEVEN LAST WORDS OF CHRIST
These “Words”, and reflections based on them, will be spoken by distinguished clergymen from seven different Christian confessions. Following each of the “Words”, Haydn’s magnificent music will be performed, as was done in 1785 in the Cadiz Cathedral, whose Archbishop commissioned this work by Haydn.
